Deep Cleaning

Deep Cleaning is recommended when conditions exceed routine maintenance standards. These services involve intensive detailing, buildup removal, and extended sanitation procedures.

All whole-house deep cleaning services include everything outlined in the Basic Home Cleaning package, along with additional detailed services.

  • Ceiling fans (height restrictions apply)
  • Cleaning supplies fee (1 × $20 fee every 3 months)

  • Please ensure all toys and personal items are picked up prior to arrival.

Yes, pets are welcome! However, If your pet is aggressive or easily startled in any way, we ask that you leave them outside or in a gated area.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please call our office within 24 hours and a member of our staff will come out for another service at no extra charge. We do not offer refunds!

We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleaning services. If you’re interested in daily cleanings, please contact our office for more information.

We understand that things happen and you need to reschedule. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning.

We recommend using your own cleaning products as they are best suited to your home and preferences. However, if you would like us to use our own cleaning supplies, an additional fee will apply.

  • Personal items and toys must be cleared from floors prior to arrival, including laundry/clothing.
  • Dishes must be washed and removed from sinks.
  • Bed making is not included in service.
  • Personal or fragile décor items are not moved during cleaning.
  • Biohazard conditions, including human or pet fecal contamination or bodily fluids, are not permitted
